Disability Support at Real Care Given can include:

  1. Personal Care Assistance: Assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.

  2. Household Assistance: Support with household chores like cleaning, cooking, laundry, and grocery shopping.

  3. Health Care Support: Assistance in managing medication, arranging medical appointments, and coordinating with healthcare providers.

  4. Skill Development: Training and support to develop or improve skills necessary for independent living, such as communication, budgeting, and self-advocacy.

  5. Transportation: Help with arranging transportation to appointments, social activities, or employment.

  6. Emotional and Social Support: Providing companionship, socialisation opportunities, and emotional support to individuals with disabilities.

  7. Employment Support: Assistance in finding and maintaining employment, job coaching, and skills development related to work.

  8. Accessible Housing and Modifications: Support in finding appropriate housing options that meet the individual's accessibility needs and coordinating modifications if necessary.
